This position will focus on performing quality assurance test cases and then documenting those findings for software and hardware along with testing hardware and software applications.
What you'll do:
- Complete quality assurance tests
- Document reported software/firmware bugs using tracking software
- Assist in troubleshooting software/firmware bugs
- Assist in supporting customers during the test phase of software releases
- Perform quality control audits on products leaving the facility

Who we are looking for:
- Must have a working knowledge of computers, quality processes, and software design stages
- Must have an associate's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience or four years of relevant experience
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be an effective problem-solver and good communicator to relay testing and troubleshooting information to management
