Purpose and Objective of Position:
Responsible for the accomplishment of inspection tasks as assigned by the Accountable Manager. Ensures all work is performed in accordance with company policies, manufacturer’s manuals, customer’s requirements, Title 14 CFR and this manual. Ensures timely access to all completed documents in order to permit an effective flow of information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervises all inspectors.
2. Ensures inspection tasks are accomplished as assigned by the Accountable Manager.
3. Ensures all inspection tasks are documented as required.
4. Ensures inspection procedures are adhered to at all times.
5. Ensures completed paperwork is accurate, complete, and in compliance with the work instructions.
6. Training Manager.
7. Ensures all required inspections are accomplished and documented in accordance with customer specifications, and the Title 14 of CFR’s as outlined in this manual.
8. Supervises and maintains the tool calibration program.
9. Ensures Personnel are provided with the necessary tools, equipment and technical data to perform the assigned tasks.

Requirements:
1. A&P License
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience
The QM may delegate to a qualified assistant such authority and responsibility as he/she deems necessary. However, such delegation does not relieve the QM of his/her overall responsibilities.
