Veeam is looking for an experienced Director of Ecommerce. The Director of Ecommerce will be focused on transforming Veeam’s online store into a data-driven, friction-free channel that makes Veeam products even easier to try, buy, and own. You should have extensive experience with ecommerce platforms, and have a deep understanding of funnels, merchandising, packaging, and the buyer/customer journey of online customers. You should also be able to work cross-functionally, and drive change without authority. We need a leader who can take our ecommerce experience to the next level! This highly influential role will report to the Sr. Director of our Velocity business, and will work closely with the Velocity team and all of marketing. Who is the ideal candidate? The ideal candidate is an experienced, analytical, and creative ecommerce marketer with proven experience growing sales and loyalty in an ecommerce format. You should be familiar with building and running a high-growth ecommerce channel, and understand proven techniques to increase online conversion and renewal rates. Creativity is encouraged!
Responsibilities

Lead strategy, development, and execution of Veeam’s ecommerce strategy

Use data, best practices, and creativity to drive revenue and enhance the Velocity customer experience
- Work with PMM, Pricing and Packaging to recommend and optimize ecommerce offerings

Continuously examine and improve online UX and workflows

Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize opportunity, revenue, and growth across the Veeam Velocity business

Ensure projects are executed with cross-functional participation and attention to detail

Build and optimize ecommerce funnels, work with appropriate stakeholders to ensure CTAs are placed appropriately

Works collaboratively with internal teams to define and execute tools needed for success

Report on results, focus on continuous improvement
Qualifications

Strategic and detail oriented: projects will require ability to think at the business impact and execution level

Experienced: 5 years experience leading ecommerce strategy with a proven history of growth

Broad knowledge of ecommerce strategy, tactics, platforms, and best practices

Highly analytical: ability to turn data into action
