Technical Excellence: Drive best practices, quality, and security in solution development. Conduct code reviews, and feedback sessions, and utilize coaching tools to ensure staff performs effectively. Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of development assignments in line with organizational standards. Career Development: Create career paths and development plans to support long-term growth for employees. Approve education and training opportunities, managing the training budget. Alignment: Work closely with other ITS departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Quality Assurance: Ensure design and development align with organizational quality and information security standards. Advocate for modern design principles and framework components. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with 6 years of experience in information technology and 2 years of management experience. · Proficiency with Web, Marketing, Ad Tech, and Business-Intelligence, stacks - including Adobe and Salesforce. · Strong knowledge of Data Engineering & Architecture, API design, SQL, and automation technologies. · Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. · Deep understanding of agile development processes and methodologies. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Passionate about developing the skills and capabilities of team members. · Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery practices. · Knowledge of software engineering principles and techniques #LI-TS1 Benefits & Perks The following Benefits & Perks apply to Full-Time Roles Only.
