Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of development assignments in line with organizational standards. Career Development: Create career paths and development plans to support long-term growth for employees. Approve education and training opportunities, managing the training budget. Alignment: Work closely with other ITS departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Quality Assurance: Ensure design and development align with organizational quality and information security standards. Advocate for modern design principles and framework components.
