Actively sharing insights, knowledge, industry practices and developments across the organization The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field 10 years of experience building various components of scalable enterprise applications Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people and teams in an agile organization Experience identifying, planning for and acquiring talent across large organizations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with which to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization Decision making experience using a data-focused approach in day-to-day leadership situations and strategic tradeoff analyses Work with Managed Accounts, Models, Portfolio Construction, 3rd party Integrations, and Institutional Client Solutions is strongly desired Experience with any/all of the following would be a significant plus: Unit testing and test automation libraries/strategies, Adaption of continuous-delivery based engineering practices, Front-end web development using responsive frameworks like Angular, Middle-tier service development with strong API design skills (Java preferred), Running software on Cloud Service Providers like Amazon Web Services, Relational database development is a plus (Oracle preferred) Financial services experience is preferred The Team You will work in partnership with Squad Leaders and other Chapter Leaders aligned to the Managed Account and Portfolio Solutions group and the broader FI Technology Group. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you evolve and sustain our innovative, agile culture. You will lead several Engineering teams responsible for developing and supporting applications that help our Institutional clients. The team you will be working with is highly engaged and passionate about solving problems facing our clients.
