    What we look for
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Over 10 years of experience in a leadership role within software engineering, with a proven track record of innovative product development.
    • Demonstrated success managing large, diverse development teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
    • Deep understanding of modern software architecture and technology trends, particularly in the context of clinical trials and life sciences.
    • Strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate technological innovations into competitive advantages.
    • Mastery of MicroService & Micro-FrontEnd Architectures, with a deep understanding of Domain Driven Design principles, crucial for guiding the development of our clinical platforms.
    • Extensive experience with AWS Cloud Services, showcasing an ability to architect, deploy, and manage scalable, high-availability systems that meet the demanding needs of the clinical trials industry.
    • Solid grasp of modern engineering practices, including DevSecOps and Agile methodologies, essential for fostering a culture of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and operational excellence.
    • Expertise in enterprise-level technologies and tools, such as Angular, .NET & .NET Core, SQL Server & PostgreSQL, alongside DevOps tools like GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes, to support the development and deployment of robust, scalable applications
