Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple delivery teams and support their career development and performance.
- Develop the technical strategy, roadmap, and vision for the platforms you oversee.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand application needs and testing scenarios.
- Continuously improve software engineering practices.
- Design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions using a wide range of tools and technologies.
- Ensure the availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions.
- Stay updated on tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and mentor other engineers.
- Encourage innovation, teamwork, diversity, and outside-of-the-box thinking.
- Lead efforts to deploy applications in AWS environments.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 7 years of experience in software engineering or software development.
- At least 5 years of experience in people management.
- At least 5 years of experience with AWS.
- At least 3 years of experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree.
- 10 years of experience in software development.
- 6 years of experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP).
- 5 years of experience in Agile practices.
- 3 years of experience in modernizing technology stacks.
