- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, including proper storage, handling, and serving of ice cream products.
- Ensure that soft serve ice cream products are prepared and served according to established standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Conduct regular quality checks of ice cream machines and products, making adjustments as needed to maintain consistency and freshness.
- Monitor portion sizes and presentation to ensure customers receive value for their purchase and a visually appealing treat.
