Count On, LLC, is a rapidly growing accounting firm in Wasilla, Alaska. The majority of our clients are here in the Mat-Su Valley, but we do business throughout Alaska and beyond.
We are a full-service firm offering accounting, business consulting, taxes and payroll. We are currently looking to hire multiple self-driven team members.

The ideal candidate will be experienced and self driven in administrative / reception tasks. Your responsibilities will be assisting incoming clients, managing phone lines, mail preparation and sorting, document preparation, etc.
We strongly encourage growth from within our team, there will be plenty of opportunity for growth into other positions, if desired! We are flexible with this position at this time. We have enough to capacitate a full time admin, but we are willing to negotiate a set part-time schedule for the right candidate.

Please indicate when submitting your resume if you have prior experience with QuickBooks Desktop, QBO, Drake, or Accountants World. Prior experience is not necessary for this position!

Preferred Candidate:
Administration Assistant experience preferred.
Accuracy and attention to deadlines
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
Good communication and organizational skills
