A quick rundown of the jobOur Associates in Inventory Control and Quality Assurance are a key role in process of\ picking, staging, cycle counts, restocks, packing and maintaining inventory levels. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Warehouse machinery experience, including floor jacks & cherry pickers (forklifts), is required.ShiftsYou'll get at least 40 hours a week and we have multiple openings available for First and Second shifts during the workweek and weekends.RatesOur Full-Time Employment Rates pay as high as $20 an hourWe also pay Time and Half Overtime after 40 hours a week!Why work for Weee!Crazy Affordable Healthcare, Dental, and VisionGreat Paid Time Off Policy & Lots of Holidays...and get this, Company Funded Groceries through the Weee! Shopping Website!!!What you will be doing here- On-site lead for returning misplaced or unused goods to designated locations.
- Keep an organized, clean, and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Report any discrepancies to Shift Lead.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and maintenance equipment.
- Ensure timely delivery and demo pick-up by working with the Supervisor.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
What we need from youWe are looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented team workers with experience using warehouse equipment including floor jacks and cherry pickers (forklifts).Don't forget the requirements- Be able to read and conduct counting and related jobs via PDA scanners.
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours at a time and able to bend and lift up to 35lbs.
- Be able to work site-specific shifts with weekend availability as needed.
