Soft Count Supervisor - Casino jobs in Greensburg, PA

The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice customer courtesy skills to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. This position is responsible for the following:

• Responsible for accurate and timely collection, count, and recording of funds from various places around the Casino by complying with company Internal Controls
• Provides and monitors on-the-job training for Count Room department to ensure staff receives adequate guidance, resources, and information for satisfactory job performance
• Responsible for the Count Room Clerk(s)
• Working knowledge of Count Room related applications and equipment, including Oasis and UltiPro
• Records and verifies drops, wraps, and packs all currency after it's counted, confirm documentation attesting to the accuracy of the figures
• Understands all aspects of TRM and ATM systems and can perform the drop/count and fill process
• Knowledge and ability to perform the TRM and ATM drop/count and fill process, transferring currency and coin from the Main Bank and all other aspects of Count Room operations
• Maintains a constant awareness of activities of all areas assigned to observe and act appropriately in the event of any suspicious or irregular activity
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Experience

• It is a requirement the candidate for this position to be available to work the 1st of each month along with most weekends and holidays.

• One to two years' experience in casino operations preferred; not required.

Education

• High School or better

• PA Gaming License
