Responsibilities:**
**Project Planning:** Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, dependencies, and timelines for the ABC Initiative.
**Work Stream Management:** Coordinate multiple work streams, including structured and unstructured data partitioning, access management, data conversions and migration, general ledger feeds, and screening and onboarding contract developers.
**Timeline Management:** Monitor project timelines closely, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to keep the project on track.
**Stakeholder Communication:** Regularly communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the process.
**Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues as they arise to minimize impact on project deliverables.
**Resource Allocation:** Coordinate resources effectively to ensure adequate support for each work stream, optimizing productivity and efficiency.
**Quality Assurance:** Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project, conducting regular reviews and audits to
ensure compliance with project
requirements and industry standards.
**Information Security Review:** Facilitate information security review meetings to assess and address security risks associated.
**Vendor Management:** Work closely with external vendors and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in technology- related projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data management, information security, and vendor
management is highly desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
