Soft Count Supervisor - Casino jobs in Brookline, MA

Located in Waltham, MA (hybrid) is looking for a Procurement Specialist for a long term contract assignment. This position is primarily remote but candidates must be commutable to Waltham.
Description:

• Candidate will be working closely with Business Stakeholders in the US & UK and Suppliers processing IT Commercial Request (CORs) for Labor Services category using multiple systems.
• Candidate will work closely with established Suppliers to solicit Proposals and Negotiate costs, as well as ensure proposals are in compliance with Master Services Agreements with key suppliers.
• Candidate will also process proposals to internal stakeholders for approval and route proposals for final execution using our DocuSign system.
• Candidate will monitor the tracking of all COR requests E2E using established trackers by supplier.
• Candidate is also expected to resolve issues as they arise regarding the COR request and escalate issues if required to internal management teams.
• Candidate will also monitor and update information in our Ariba platform as part of closing out the COR in the Ariba and Service Now systems, as well as monitor reports that highlight data quality issues and bring to closure.
• Most of the position is working with our Outlook email, MS Teams and our SharePoint sites, Service now/Ariba systems processing request for services.
• Position requires Excellent Organizational skills, Attentive to Detail and can manage Multiple Tasks daily.
• Position also requires good MS office skills.
• Most of the position is remote working. Normal Business Hours

Ideal candidate has procurement experience, Contract Negotiations, Stakeholder and vendor management, familiar with Ariba.
100% remote but should be local to Client locations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
