Job Summary

Assist the residents and their families to resolve psychosocial problems related to care needs and assist interdisciplinary team in the overall care delivery system to maintain a safe, respectful and homelike environment for all residents.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited Social Work Program required.

Certification/Licensure/Registration

• Current license in Social Work in the State of South Dakota required.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $21.50 - $32.50 per hour
