Duties:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for effective campaign planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Utilize SEO techniques to optimize social media content for search engines
- Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for social media content optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create visually appealing content using photography and video editing tools
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales
- Experience in advertising and public relations is a plus
