    General Responsibilities:

    Content Creation:

    • Brainstorming and creating engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's brand voice and objectives.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop visually appealing graphics, images, and other multimedia content.

    Social Media:

    • Attend team meetings to discuss ongoing and upcoming campaigns, share insights, and contribute ideas. 
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
    • Manage and maintain company's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. 
    • Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
      • Interact with our online community, respond to comments, messages, and foster a positive and engaging atmosphere. 
    • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. 

    Research and Trends:

      • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
      • Research competitors and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for innovation.

      Communications

      • Monitor medica coverage and compile reports on relevant news and trends in civil engineering industry to keep the team informed and identify potential opportunities or risks.
      • Assist in developing and distributing internal communications materials such as employee newsletters.

      Required Education/Licenses:

      • Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Marketing

      Required Experience:

      • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
      • Strong understanding of various social media platforms.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Professional portfolio is a plus but not required.
      • Experience with CanvaPro is required. Familiarity with other graphic design tools such as Adobe is a plus.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
      • Enthusiastic about social media trends and emerging platforms.
      • Proven ability to maintain and meet task deadlines
