This dynamic role will be primarily responsible for creating, capturing, and editing - engaging, unique, and cutting-edge digital content to be shared across our many social channels. Additionally, this role will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing a digital brand strategy and creating/managing the social content calendar. This multi-faceted role will be responsible for sourcing and filming any and all necessary assets. This candidate must have the ability to film and edit content to optimize for social media platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and our website/blog. This role is responsible for pitching the concept to management, to gathering final deliverable needs and facilitating the delivery of final files. This position is subject to follow all HIPAA, privacy, and legal guidelines required in a medical practice.

Day to Day:
- Initiating and obtaining (signed, witnessed, & dated) media releases from patients.
- Filming & editing video: custom content for social media, giveaway winners, behind-the-scenes pieces, patient interviews/testimonials, event activities, employee training videos (such as sanitization, protocol, etc.), procedures (such as injecting, biopsy, etc.), taking patient progress pictures, product informational/promo videos, Q & A’s with Dr., etc.
- Consistently creating engaging email blast content that drives sales
- Maintain and update our website, update website blog, monitor site analytics on a daily/weekly basis, reporting on analytics and data in meetings.
- Maintain and update Google page as needed, (holiday hours, answering questions, updating necessary photos, logos, etc.)
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for technical document creation and or print material production such as PowerPoint presentations, data and trend spreadsheets, thank you cards, business cards, event flyers, gift bag inserts, address labels, etc.
- Assisting Executive Director in technical document creation, organization, and planning of promotions/sales/events.
