Responsibilities and Requirements:
The role requires the ability to manage persons who are involved in multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives while maintaining a positive attitude and energy. The Assistant Marketing Team Leader will serve as a support to the Marketing Team Leader as they track and seek to improve a portfolio of brands, including monitoring all social properties, ensuring creative unique and engaging content is being produced, designing social media imagery, and assisting in building social media promotions and other initiatives. The Assistant Team Leader must have strong creative and professional writing skills and be able to work with the team to brainstorm and create social initiatives to grow the assigned communities, in addition to meeting goals and managing their personal client portfolio. They will be responsible for the assisting of auditing, research, and identifying areas of opportunity with the department and company.
