About the Position:
UP Market Media is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing agency. Our agency supports a variety of industries, so this individual will need to be able to adapt to what our clients need. Having strong experience with creating new content, scheduling and managing regular posts, tracking engagement for all clients, and creating quarterly analytic reports for each client is a requirement for this position. Understanding the latest social media trends will help this individual succeed in this role.
- Implement social media strategies that align with the client’s goals based on monthly intensive research.
- Create and publish unique and relevant content.
- Monitor engagements and interactions on each client’s social media platforms daily.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive marketing plan that fits the overall goal of the client.
- Communicate with clients to receive important updates
- Determining a production guide/content photo shoot plan, scheduling with clients, and executing content photo shoots

- Reliably commute to our office in Statesboro, GA 30458, and work 40 hours/week in our office, M-F between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm.** PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT LIVE CLOSE ENOUGH TO COMMUTE DAILY; RELOCATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AT THIS TIME.**
- Able to travel to client sites as needed for content shoots
- Be punctual and reliable
- You must have experience in managing various organic social media accounts across different platforms
- You should be well-versed in tracking and reporting social media platform analytics
- 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, specifically with Meta(Facebook)
- Familiar with creating and developing videos and reels for FB, Instagram & TiKToK
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Innovative thinker who solves complex problems
- Readily adapts and innovates based on new learnings, insights, and results
- Highly organized
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other internal teams as well as clients to develop strong, cohesive campaigns
- Experience developing social graphics is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in an agency setting is preferred but not required.
