    Social Media Roles & Responsibilities

    • Develop relevant content that strives to deepen our connection with and grow our social media audiences for The Kennedy Collective and Thrift store operations
      • Work with other departments within our organization to gather content/stories to amplify company message.
    • Maintain a finger on the pulse of culture and understand how to roadmap and drive social content that supports strategic business objectives.
    • Work in concert with the internal marketing team and agency partner to build channel roles, audience personas and channel-specific content.
    • Collaborate with counterparts to ensure The Kennedy Collective voice / messaging is consistent across all platforms and campaigns.
    • Plan, report, and manage the day-to-day execution of social creative strategy, distilling data, and learnings into actionable insights to inform social-first creative ideas.
    • Distill findings into actionable insights and track learnings to help optimize channel and creative strategy over time.
    • Monitor feedback and what people are saying about the organization, our services & enterprises.
    • Respond to all relevant comments and inquiries
    • Provide monthly progress analytics and new campaign concepts.

    Qualifications:

    • College graduate
    • 3 years in Social Media Marketing or related position
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
    • Fluency in each social platform and how to create platform relevant executions
    • Employ a data driven approach to achieve business objectives.
    • Ability to harness the brand and translate into effective strategy and engaging content
    • Ability to vet creative social executions against strategy.
    • Experience working with internal and external creative teams
    • Works well in teams as well as independently to achieve/exceed goals
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Willingness to travel to various The Kennedy Collective sites and events to capture content.
