The position may include some overtime as well as some half day Saturday's. We are looking for someone who can operate efficiently with little or no supervision after training, and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.
The Marketing and Social Media Manager’s job focuses on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets, and is tasks with several key duties, such as:
Specifically, this person works closely with Upper Management, and is responsible for overseeing and managing our company website, digital marketing, including google ad word campaigns, maintaining social media pages, processing customer satisfaction surveys, design and development of print ads, television and radio advertisements, event planning, including but not limited to promoting boat shows, fishing tournaments.
They may also assist in answering/directing telephone calls and greeting/directing customers. Most helpful is prior experience in a fast-paced business, and/or possessing a strong, resilient, teachable spirit. We are willing to train the right candidate. Must be a Team Player!
