Seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist to support marketing efforts for Western Pest Services, Waltham Pest Services, OPC Pest Services, Western Fumigation and IFC Pest Control Brands. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing director and other marketing team members to create engaging content for social channels. Keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused and seeking out new media and ways of connecting our brands with our audiences as well as keeping a close eye on engagement making comments and posts are responded to in a timely manner. The ideal candidate must be able to collaborate with others while still being self-motivated, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, be an independent thinker, and be detail-oriented. Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Strong oral and written communication skills with the confidence to communicate complex ideas
Previous agency experience preferred
Strategic and creative thinker who can build awareness, engage with audiences, and encourage audience response
Excellent understanding of and experience with social media platforms
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as with groups (both internal and external)
Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines and on multiple projects simultaneously
Consistent interfacing with branch offices to support local events
Familiarity with the following programs a plus: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Campaign Manager
Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
