As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. If you have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creating engaging content, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn for 2 companies
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with followers
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive branding across all platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner

- As an Account Manager, you will assist customers with on our new customer platform.

-Help develop strategies to improve customer experience and relationships

-Make personal contact with potential customers and build customer base.

Skills:
- Proven experience in social media management
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in proofreading and editing content
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies
- Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Personable and comfortable dealing with the public

We can be somewhat flexible on the hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
