Duties:

- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube

- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities

- Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create visually appealing content

- Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors

- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms

Skills:

- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

- Strong knowledge of social media management platforms

- Basic graphic design skills using Canva.

- Experience with video editing software.

- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies

- Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

- Knowledge of social media marketing trends and best practices

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Relationship management skills to engage with customers and influencers
