ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Oversee day-to-day management of the Bank’s social media presence including: Produce, edit and develop engaging content for the Bank’s social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X (FKA Twitter). Self-edit work for adherence to brand guidelines, style and digital content practices. Provide social customer service and timely community management.  Plan and brainstorming content with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders. Monitor trends across platforms, industry developments and competitor social media activity. Provide Marketing team and Bank leadership with ongoing best practices and recommendations within the social media space. Assist with the development of the Bank’s social media strategy that supports Liberty’s Be Community Kind brand. Support the Bank’s brand ambassadors and employee advocacy efforts. Partner with and advise brand ambassadors by assisting with content creation. Administer the Bank’s business profiles and locations on Google Maps and other third party publishers. Assist the AVP of Social Media & Digital Marketing with managing content on the Bank’s website. Edit photos and content in the CMS, including basic HTML editing. Assist with testing for website upgrades.   SECONDARY FUNCTIONS Assist with the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns.  Assist with development of online advertising in partnership with external marketing agency.   MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or journalism, or equivalent experience Two or more years of digital marketing experience in a professional environment  Strong graphic design skills and software proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (Samples required) Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, especially as they apply to digital channels (Samples required) Proficient with website content management systems and basic HTML editing skills Ability to innovate and plan strategically as part of a team, with the ability to work independently toward established goals and objectives Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with cross functional teams Ability to plan and work on multiple projects simultaneously Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  General Office Equipment Keyboard Dexterity Lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.
