The Don Wood Family of Dealerships is looking to hire a Digital Marketing / Social Media Specialist to join our team! In business for 35 years in the Athens & Hocking county areas. The foundation of our organization continues to be built upon the hard-working and dedicated members of our team from these local communities.

We are seeking an individual who will effectively promote our brand on various social media platforms and help boost our audience and advertise and grow our business. The ideal candidate would have a passion for cars and a drive to grow alongside our business!

Job Responsiblities

• Strategize avenues to promote company and expand branding online
• Develop visual and written content to advertise the business, share customer testimonials, share information about industry updates/engagement and more
• Create photo / video content to share on social media platforms
• Analyze performance of social media content and use performance metrics to drive content development or adjustments
• Determine return on investment into certain internet platforms and determine which efforts yield the best results
• Identify key areas of opportunity to develop social media or internet presence to drive value to the business and attract customers
• Manage media / creatives for company website
• Work with management to assess success of online marketing and provide overviews of performance on a monthly/quarterly basis

Job Requirements:

• 2 or more years of social media marketing experience preferred; other marketing experience may be considered
• Automotive industry knowledge is a huge plus!
• Familiarity with various social media platforms required (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor
• Attention to detail and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
