Our client is a reputable Home Improvement Company in the top 5% of all contractors and located conveniently in the Hickory area! Seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist!

Office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Pay is depending on experience and skill level.

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to elevate the company brand, engage new and existing customers, and drive business growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

Job duties:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure a cutting-edge approach
• Create engaging and shareable content tailored for various social media platforms
• Manage content calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely delivery of content
• Foster and grow online communities by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages
• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and sentiment, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content

Our ideal candidate will be a Marketing Ninja, and will have the following:

• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
