    Key Responsibilities:

    • Social Media Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategic social media plans for RDI and its brands, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing goals and a cohesive online presence.
    • Content Development: Generate engaging content tailored to various social media platforms, with a special emphasis on creating professional, brand-specific content for LinkedIn to connect with B2B enterprise audiences.
    • Community Engagement: Manage and grow our online communities by fostering interaction, responding to queries, and building a positive brand image, particularly focusing on platforms frequented by business professionals.
    • Multi-Brand Management: Navigate the social media landscapes of multiple RDI brands simultaneously, customizing strategies and content to meet each brand's unique goals and audience expectations.
    • Performance Analysis: Utilize social media analytics to track campaign performance, deriving insights to refine future strategies and showcase the impact on brand visibility and engagement.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure social media efforts complement and amplify other marketing initiatives.
    • Industry Trends Awareness: Stay informed on the latest social media trends and best practices, with a keen eye on strategies that resonate with B2B enterprise markets, incorporating innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 2 years experience in social media management, with a proven track record of enhancing brand presence and engaging audiences, particularly in a B2B context.
    • Experience in managing LinkedIn campaigns or strategies tailored to engaging B2B enterprise-level companies is highly desirable.
    • Strong content creation skills, capable of crafting messages that captivate and engage diverse audiences across social platforms.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze social media performance metrics and translate data into actionable strategy improvements.
    • Excellent organizational skills, adept at juggling multiple brand strategies and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
