SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

We are Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C. (PSFM), a growing multidisciplinary medical group looking for a talented, friendly, and energetic team member to enhance growth through the use of social media. We’re a professional, agile and innovative group who offers a variety of health and wellness programs well beyond the scope of a typical medical groups. We are looking to engage our community through social media and development of content that both educates our patients / clients and enhances engagement with our services.

This is an ideal position for new grad or someone with 1-3 years of experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage and maintain social media accounts for our business.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms including graphics, videos, and captions.
• Proofread and edit social media posts to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Video editing and photography for social media content.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with the web and digital marketing teams to optimize social media presence.
• Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the digital media team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
• Assist in analyzing data and reporting on social media performance.

WHO WE NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, etc and analytics tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to proofread content for errors.
• Creativity and a passion for social media marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
