What You'll Do:

As our Social Media Specialist, you'll be the voice of OZO across various platforms. Your mission? To create compelling content, run promotions, engage with our followers, and keep our social media game strong! Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:

• 
  Content Creation: Craft engaging posts, videos, and images that capture the essence of OZO and increase customer conversion.
• Community Engagement: Interact with our followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive connections within our community.
• Performance Analysis: Dive into the world of analytics, track key metrics, and optimize our social media strategies based on data-driven insights.

What You Bring:

• 
  Experience: 2 or more years’ experience as a Social Media Specialist. Bonus points if you’ve worked in Specialty Coffee or Natural Foods.
• Creativity: A keen eye for visually appealing content and exceptional written communication skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in social media platforms, management tools, and analytics.
• Adaptability: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Design Skills: Basic graphic design knowledge and familiarity with design tools are a plus!
