Job Description:

Homemakers is looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to manage the social platforms for Homemakers Furniture. The Social Media Specialist will work closely with the Multimedia Coordinator and other team members to manage, shoot, edit, and analyze content for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. This position requires a fast-paced and strategic-thinking individual who can brainstorm content ideas to accurately represent and maintain Homemakers’ industry leadership position.

Job Duties:

• Oversee Homemakers footprint on social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter
• Responsible for creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms that align with the company's brand identity
• Collaborate and educate other team members on social media trends and use analytical tools to derive insights on performance metric
• Ability to quickly edit content using Adobe platforms or other similar programs
• Develop and adjust social media marketing strategies to achieve optimal results
• Serve as the advocate for Homemakers in social media/event spaces while engaging with audience on social platforms with the appropriate tone and messaging
• Build and manage the influencer partnerships, giveaways, and other marketing initiatives
• Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
• Analyze, review, and report on impact of social campaigns using effective data driven benchmarks

Education/Work Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Marketing, Advertising or related field
• Proficiency with Adobe programs
• Proven experience creating content for various social media platforms

Physical Expectations:

• Will work indoors, but will occasionally work outdoors for Homemakers Events
• Conditions may include hot/cold temperatures, dusty surroundings and noisy work environment
