Responsibilities

• Update and create website content daily including new and used inventory photos, service specials, landing pages, and blog posts.
• Manage and update our social media platforms by creating engaging content including photos, videos, blog posts, and sharing content from Ford Motor Company.
• Develop and plan social media strategies and monthly themes using a social media calendar to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and parts to ensure alignment of messaging, promotions, and branding.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics while staying up to date with social media trends and best practices.
• Promote any open positions and benefits at the dealership through job boards, social media, and career fairs.
• Plan, organize, and promote internal events including employee birthday celebrations, work anniversary and training accomplishments, retirement parties, and any employee luncheons or dinners.
• Plan, organize, and promote external events including food trucks, Cars & Coffee, Drive 4 UR School, Fill a 50, Angel Tree, and other community focused events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations or communications or past work experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or Canva
• Hold a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
