Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate, data-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of helping clients reach their sales goals through innovative paid media strategies.
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our paid media initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include managing ad accounts, analyzing data for optimizations, building out funnels, setting up landing pages, configuring integrations like Zapier, and setting up conversion tracking. This role is crucial to our growth and the successful candidate will be a key contributor to our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:Paid Media Management: Oversee LinkedIn ad accounts, ensuring they are optimized and aligned with our clients' goals. Manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI.
Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
Funnel Creation: Design and implement effective sales funnels. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Landing Page Development: Build and optimize landing pages for our campaigns. Ensure they are aligned with ad content and effectively drive conversions.
Integration Configuration: Set up and manage integrations, like Zapier, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Conversion Tracking: Implement and manage conversion tracking systems. Analyze conversion data to inform optimizations and strategy.
Qualifications:- 2 years of experience in paid media or a similar role.
- Proven success managing LinkedIn ad accounts and other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Proficiency with landing page software and integration tools like Zapier.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
