We are looking to hire an experienced social media/marketing professional or team based in Rockaway, Queens.
About Us: We are an established audio-visual event production company located in Rockaway, Queens. To date, we have not engaged in any marketing efforts, including creating a website, engaging in social media, or compiling a portfolio of our work. Despite orchestrating stunning events nationwide, we have no digital footprint and lack visual records of our achievements.
What We Need:
1. Portfolio Creation: Our immediate goal is to build a comprehensive portfolio. This involves collecting images from clients and team members from past events, selecting the best ones, and assembling them into a portfolio. This portfolio will require ongoing maintenance.
2. Online Presence: We aim to enhance our online presence by updating our Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Additionally, we want to create a simple website featuring a contact page and showcasing our work portfolio.
3. Content Creation: Our team and the work we do are exciting, with many stories worth sharing. We believe our clientele would enjoy behind-the-scenes glimpses and various aspects of our operations. We aim to create reels highlighting special events and the amazing work we do, managing the production and publication of this content on social media.
4. We would like the job applicant to capture pictures and footage from our events. This role involves attending our significant events, which occur approximately 15 times a year, primarily within a two-hour vicinity of New York City, to personally take pictures and videos with their phone. Furthermore, for smaller events, this person will coordinate with either crew members or planners to ensure we receive pictures from the event.
We are searching for a driven, experienced individual or team ready to embark on this journey with us. Self-motivation is a must!
