Job Summary:

As a Part-Time Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating, designing, and implementing engaging video content across our social media platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram. Your creative storytelling and video editing skills will play a crucial role in captivating our audience and driving our brand message in the competitive hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate, film, and edit compelling short-form video content tailored for TikTok and Instagram, highlighting our restaurants, night clubs, and bars' unique experiences, promotions, and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our branding and marketing goals.
• Analyze trends on TikTok and Instagram, adapting content strategies to leverage viral trends and maximize audience engagement.
• Work closely with our operations teams to capture the essence of our venues and promotional events.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and content creation.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and voice.
• Provide insights and feedback on content performance, using analytics to guide future content creation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, with a portfolio showcasing your work, specifically video content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong videography and video editing skills, with proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to translate trends into engaging content.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, with a passion for food, nightlife, and entertainment.
• Knowledge of social media metrics and analytics, with the ability to use data to inform content decisions.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
