Being a Social Media Analyst, Sr. monitors social media platforms to determine how a new update or feature impacts audience behavior or content performance. Identifies opportunities for campaign optimization and provides recommendations to improve targeting and messaging. The BCBA selected will join a clinical team that is supportive, knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to providing high quality treatment intervention and supervision to our client programs. The individual selected will join a team of professionals who believe in collaboration amongst one another; cultivate a work environment that is team oriented, encourages and rewards input from BTs.
The BCBA selected for this position will have experience with:
· Conducting Assessments using the ESDM, VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and other assessment tools
· Creating individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
· Training, directing and supervising Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior
Technicians
· Providing parent training and giving feedback to parents
· Executing Professional Crisis Management procedures
· Maintaining confidentiality and following the BACB Ethics Code
· Modeling professional leadership behaviors within the clinic setting
Requirements:
· Master’s Degree
· BCBA Certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
· Experience providing supervision to RBTs
· Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Experience supervising ABA programs
