Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand presence, engage with customers, and drive sales.
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms.
(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Manage and grow our online community through engagement and interaction with followers.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, from planning to execution, and track their success.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop and promote special offers, products, and events to execute multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to identify growth opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics, and advertising platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Creativity thinking and the ability to think outside the box to generate captivating content.
- Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
