Being a Social Media Analyst, Sr. monitors social media platforms to determine how a new update or feature impacts audience behavior or content performance. Identifies opportunities for campaign optimization and provides recommendations to improve targeting and messaging. Additionally, Social Media Analyst, Sr. creates and maintains comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor marketing performance and communicate insights to stakeholders. Social Factor has an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Team Lead on our Social Care team. The Team Lead is to be the “right hand” of the Social Care Manager, being able to bridge the gap of being “in the weeds” but also “behind the curtain.” They will ensure that daily moderation and client promises are fulfilled, while also owning the managerial side of time-tracking/employee growth and scheduling considerations for the Community Moderator/Lead Community Moderator level. They will coach and mentor the Lead Community Moderator level to grow them into Team Leads of the future. They may be flexed into client-facing situations as needed, based on their ownership of the client’s workflow itself.
Qualifications:
Experience leading teams, confidently handles performance & growth conversations with direct reports
Diverse client/project experience/cross trained
Has shown mastery of Sprinklr/Workflows
Success managing and motivating remote teams.
Has exhibited managerial potential EQ
In general, has fulfilled employee grow track requirements for role
Responsibilities:
Management of Lead Community Moderators and to a lesser extent, Community Moderators
Direct report of the team concerning Trinet/Humanity/Lattice
Own goals and growth of Community Moderators/Lead Community Moderators
Provides quarterly qualitative feedback of team to Social Care Manager
Attends client-facing meetings as deemed appropriate
Coaches and guides team members through time tracking/scheduling/payroll
Gatekeeper of escalations to the Social Care Manager/Client directly (depending on client structure)
Lead Community Moderator/Community Moderator final approver for client/project training
Community Moderator/Lead Community Moderator Time Off approver
Scheduling context assistance to Social Care Manager
Partner with Social Care Manager and Account Supervisor to assist in new client scopes/sales as appropriate
Assist clients in running social campaigns, developing response matrices, etc
Coaches Lead Community Moderator on Approval Path/Brand voice for the client
Can fill in for Social Care Manager on PTO
