As a Social Media Intern, you will support the Social team, whose primary focus is promoting the Best Egg brand, educating our audiences, and engaging with customers across all Best Egg profiles. In this role you will help manage and develop creative across various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts), as well as analyze performance and be one of the authorities on what’s trending. You can expect to learn the planning process, build a calendar, report on performance metrics, and optimize content based on what’s working for your audience.

This role will report to the Marketing - Marketing Strategy Department

• Assist in developing video and static creative assets for all 6 social platforms.
• Schedule/publish posts across all social platforms.
• Reporting on platform performance, general social trends, and platform updates.
• Leveraging AI to develop post copy for all organic posts.
• Assisting in social listening through social tool.
