Job Summary:
We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media Assistant to help manage our social media accounts. As a Social Media Assistant, you will be assisting with the school's social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with future and current students with relevant and engaging posts, videos, stories, threads, etc.
Duties:
- Assist with Developing social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Post content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics from the work our students do in class.
- Monitor social media opportunities to engage with future and current students.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. --- - Track monthly budget for all campaigns.
Requirements:
- Eexperience as a Social Media Specialist, Manager, Content Creater or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing concepts and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in content creation, proofreading, and editing
- Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
- Basic photography skills are a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva
