    Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, DOE

    This position will be hybrid, with the majority of time working from home. The successful candidate will be expected to occasionally work from various enterprise locations in order to update photos and interview subjects, as well as attend in-person events or meetings.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Media Specialist to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Media and Communications Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our media presence for our Nisqually Markets businesses. This individual will leverage their expertise in social media management and marketing to develop engaging content and drive brand visibility. This role will work closely with the Senior Communications Specialist to maintain consistent communication strategies across all social media platforms.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Media and Communications Manager to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with corporate objectives and business line needs.
    • Utilize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles to improve content visibility and discoverability.
    • Manage and oversee social media platforms, creating and curating engaging content to foster brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
    • Work closely with stakeholders from different business lines to understand their unique requirements and tailor media strategies to align with their objectives.
    • Develop creative campaigns and initiatives to promote products, services, and corporate initiatives across various media channels.
    • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies or partners to coordinate media campaigns effectively.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media and marketing to continuously improve strategies.
    • Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists and influencers.
    • Monitor public activity on company social media pages and respond to questions/inquiries from the public regarding business activities as needed.
    • Create content calendar that includes outlines for monthly and weekly content, as well as relevant holidays or events to be included in social media posts.
    • Perform photography and videography at each line of business to showcase the services and/or products for promotions as needed.
    • Using social media performance metrics, conduct market research to increase customer base.

    Required Education/Experience:

    • Proven experience (6 years) in social media and marketing management, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
    • Strong content creation skills with design tools and basic graphic design skills.

    Preferred Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
    • Project management experience is a plus.
