Job Description

Sweven Social is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide support to our marketing team in the areas of planning, execution, and analytics. This position will be responsible for multiple aspects of client's social media presence including posting content, managing followers, and engaging with their audience. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to build relationships with customers and help them find the best solutions for their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute all social media initiatives

• Develop a strategy for each campaign and implement it on time
• Research and analyze current trends in social media and create creative content that appeals to the audience
• Monitor followers’ activity on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.
• Posting regularly on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter etc.
• Build up brand awareness through various digital channels such as webinars etc.
• Responding to comments and messages from followers on various digital channels such as blogs etc.
• Develop brand awareness by engaging with different types of customers such as influencers, bloggers etc.
• Analyze customer reviews on different online review platforms such as Google My Business etc.
• Ensure brand is mentioned in customers’ notes or reviews when they make purchases etc.
• Build up loyal customer base through different marketing channels such as social media etc.
• Keep abreast of new technologies in the field of social media and apply these to our business to ensure we remain relevant in the market.

Skills Required
Proven working experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role (1-2 years)

• Hands on experience with various digital channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) and software (e.g., Wordpress)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
