Slot Technician Supervisor jobs in Prescott, AZ
Slot Technician Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of employees who fix slot machines. Prepares work schedules and assigns work. Being a Slot Technician Supervisor ensures machine function and output is according to specifications. May be required to help technicians repair slot machines and remove broken machines from the gaming floor. Additionally, Slot Technician Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Slot Technician Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. POSITION SUMMARY:Monitors assigned area, verifies and pays jackpots, redeems TITO tickets for guests. Performs minor slot machine repairs and completes tax forms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to:
- Performs hand pays, TITO redemptions and makes change for guests.
- Properly completes tax forms.
- Monitors all areas of gaming floor and assists with keeping it clean and clear of debris.
- Assesses machine problems and performs minor repairs & maintenance.
- Assists other departments with guest service, including serving non-alcoholic beverages.
- Ensures compliance with all gaming regulations and ordinances.
- Responsible for the safeguarding and balancing of assigned bank impress.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: N/A
Work Experience:
A. Basic cash handling.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A. Work in a fast-paced environment.
B. Knowledge with computers to perform assigned tasks with Oasis Casino Management System and KAI Management System.
C. Pass a basic math test.
D. Able to convert credit values to monetary values.
E. Be at least years of age.
F. Able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.
G. Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
