Slot Technician Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of employees who fix slot machines. Prepares work schedules and assigns work. Being a Slot Technician Supervisor ensures machine function and output is according to specifications. May be required to help technicians repair slot machines and remove broken machines from the gaming floor. Additionally, Slot Technician Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Slot Technician Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Excellent math, counting, and supervisory skills required. Must have outstanding customer service skills and must be knowledgeable of how a slot machine operates. Must be able to stand and walk for an entire eight-hour shift. Must be able to frequently lift up to 35 lbs. Must be able to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
