SLOT TECHNICIAN
The Slot Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of slot machines in a casino environment. The successful candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and repairing slot machines, as well as knowledge of electronic and mechanical components. The Slot Technician will work closely with other members of the casino staff to ensure that all machines are functioning properly and that customers are satisfied with their gaming experience.

- Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings.
- Perform routine maintenance on slot machines
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems with slot machines
- Replace faulty parts and components as needed
- Test machines to ensure they are functioning properly
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Communicate with other members of the casino staff to ensure that all machines are functioning properly
- Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons
- Handle routine guest complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED, required
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Previous experience in troubleshooting and repairing slot machines, preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of electronic and mechanical components
- Must have 10-key experience
- Must be able to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays
- Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state Gaming License
