Slot Shift Manager manages the slot department during an assigned shift. Approves jackpot and credit payouts and ensures that all appropriate forms are completed. Being a Slot Shift Manager confirms that all slot department equipment is functioning properly. Supervises all electronic gaming device personnel. Additionally, Slot Shift Manager ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Slot Shift Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Expertise and Functions

- Work with a variety of materials, such as resins, carbon fiber, bonding, honeycomb fabric, and fiberglass
- Demonstrate attention to detail while working with various composite materials in all aspects of the composite process, including: crafting, sanding, assembly, clean room etiquette, class A oven, paint booth and autoclave
- Work with composites, using pre-preg and wet lay-ups
- Paint and finish parts to specifications
- Use hand and power tools to produce aircraft products
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Follow written instructions precisely
- Follow directions with little to no guidance from management
- Learn company-specific procedures for Composites team
- Other duties as assigned
