Slot Shift Manager manages the slot department during an assigned shift. Approves jackpot and credit payouts and ensures that all appropriate forms are completed. Being a Slot Shift Manager confirms that all slot department equipment is functioning properly. Supervises all electronic gaming device personnel. Additionally, Slot Shift Manager ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Slot Shift Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. As the main client contact and strategic leader of the entire business unit, the General Manager of Chicago will focus on ensuring complete adherence to contract terms as well as an exceptional client experience.

Operational Excellence: Streamline and optimize processes to deliver increased ridership and drive operational efficiencies.
Unionized Labour Management: Develop and maintain positive relations with union representatives, ensuring a harmonious working environment and successful labor negotiations.
Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, fostering innovation.
Client Management: Lead client relations as well as manage client requests to ensure timely resolution of all operational escalations.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to meet customer expectations and to ensure Health and safety regulations.
KPI Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Client/SHIFT Transit Operational KPIs
P&L Management: Own and manage the business unit’s P&L

This is an on-site job opportunity, which may require working irregular hours to achieve the business needs.
All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities and regular working hours to accomplish company key performance indicators.
