Slot Shift Manager Assistant assists the manager with gaming activities in the slot department during an assigned shift. Approves jackpot and credit payouts and ensures that all appropriate forms are completed. Being a Slot Shift Manager Assistant confirms all slot equipment is functioning properly. Supervises all electronic gaming device personnel. Additionally, Slot Shift Manager Assistant ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Responsible for providing efficient service to all slot guests and ensures slot machines are monitored on a continual basis for full capacity operation.

REPORTING LINE
You will report directly to the Gaming Supervisor and then to the Assistant Shift Manager and Shift Manager.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 6 months of experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for prolonged periods of time. Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, sit, climb, balance, carry and lift to 25lbs. Constant use of hearing, speech, vision (including distinguishing between shades of color), radios, and tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Will be exposed to working in a noisy environment and seasonal elements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
