Job Description:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be pivotal in ensuring that all aspects of daily administrative support are handled efficiently and effectively. This role involves a blend of in-office and remote work, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the day.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize all incoming communication, including fielding calls and reading emails.
• Maintain an accurate calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Serve as the point of contact between senior management, the software development team, and clients.
• Coordinate project activities and communications to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

• Maintain a professional office environment, organizing physical and digital files for easy access and retrieval.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software as needed.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; further education or certification in Office Administration is a plus.

Working Hours:

• This position requires a hybrid working schedule, with approximately 4 hours per day spent in-office during core business hours.
• Office hours are typically from [start time] to [end time], Monday through Friday.
